Logic Impact AI builds agents — small pieces of software that do one job inside one business, properly, on the systems that business already runs.
Not a shortage of software. A shortage of software that finishes a job. Another dashboard to learn is not the answer when the real question is who reads the inbox, who watches the deadline, who retypes the same facts into three systems.
We pick one job. We build an agent that does it end to end. We put the hours it returns beside it, labelled with how we counted. If it cannot be measured, we say so.
The work we remove has no decision in it — retyping, reformatting, chasing, reconciling. The work that stays is the part only a person can do. That is the whole thesis.

The way an agent is run
Every agent we deploy follows the same operating discipline: it starts on a schedule or a trigger, it reads only what it needs, it writes only where it is allowed, and it reports what it did. Nothing sends without a human deciding.
Why it does not forget
The business context an agent needs — the people, the systems, the exceptions, the decisions already made — held in one schema the agent reads before it acts. It is the difference between a prompt and a colleague.
Numbers we cannot label
Every figure we publish is marked MEASURED or MODELLED, and the method sits beside it. If we cannot label it, we do not print it. That has cost us slides. It is the reason the rest is believed.
Where we sit.
Logic Impact AI is the automation division of Logic Impact Group, a Connecticut real estate and technology firm. The work started inside our own operations — commercial real estate, property management, listings and records — and that is still where most of it runs. What we learned there is now built for other businesses, in other industries, on the same discipline.
We also run AI monitoring for businesses that already own security cameras — the cameras stay, the alerts get useful, and the footage stays on site.
