Terms of Service

1. Services

Logic Impact Group provides AI automation services including but not limited to: AI executive assistants (Lane), AI starter service modules (Pulse), and AI phone systems. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts required.

3. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are charged at the beginning of service and are non-refundable after setup has commenced.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions.

5. Confidentiality

All business information shared during consultations and service delivery is treated as confidential. We do not share your business data with competitors or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Logic Impact Group's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
