Week 1: Discovery and Mapping

We sit with your team and map every workflow. Not from an org chart — from reality. Where does work enter? Where does it stall? Who touches what? The output is a process map that everyone agrees actually reflects how things work, not how they are supposed to work.

Week 2: Prioritization and Design

From the process map, we identify the highest-impact automation candidates. We design the solution — what the AI will do, what it will not do, what triggers it, what it produces. This is the architecture phase. No code yet.

Week 3: Build and Test

We build the automation. Test it against real scenarios. Your team reviews the output. We adjust. This is the most iterative week — expect things to change based on real feedback.

Week 4: Deploy and Train

We deploy the working system. Train your team on how to work with it — what they still need to do, what the AI now handles, where to go with questions. By the end of week four, the automation is running in production.

What Comes Next

Month two is optimization. We watch the system run, measure the impact, and tune. Month three is expansion — taking what worked to the next process.
